When karyotype is decisive for myelodysplastic syndromes diagnosis

ABSTRACT Introduction: The myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are a group of heterogeneous clonal hematopoietic stem cell disorders that results in peripheral blood (PB) cytopenias and bone marrow (BM) dysplasia.
