An ecological study analyzes tuberculosis incidence in the municipality of Marianao, Havana City Province, Cuba. The study characterizes tuberculosis incidence, identifies spatial distribution patterns, and relates tuberculosis incidence rates to socioeconomic factors. The spatial units are the 29 neighborhoods in the municipality of Marianao. A pattern of neighborhoods with high rates located in the central region of the municipality is identified.
