Simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of ezetimibe and simvastatin in pharmaceutical preparations using chemometric techniques

Two spectrophotometric methods are described for the simultaneous determination of ezetimibe (EZE) and simvastatin (SIM) in pharmaceutical preparations. The obtained data was evaluated by using two different chemometric techniques, Principal Component Regression (PCR) and Partial Least-Squares (PLS-1).
