Serological under expression of microRNA-21, microRNA-34a and microRNA-126 in colorectal cancer

PURPOSE: This paper describes the ability of miRNA value predict oncological outcomes in CRC patients and correlates to clinical and pathologic variables. METHODS: We prospectively analyzed the serological expression of microRNA-21, microRNA-34a, and microRNA-126 in 37 stage II - IV CRC patients and correlate to seven fit counterparts.
