Role of extracellular DNA in Enterococcus faecalis biofilm formation and its susceptibility to sodium hypochlorite

Abstract Objective This study investigated the role of extracellular deoxyribonucleic acid (eDNA) on Enterococcus faecalis ( E. faecalis ) biofilm and the susceptibility of E. faecalis to sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl).
