Revolución cubana y educación superior

The main intent of this chapter is to explain how Cuba managed to build a higher education which combines equity and quality by means of policies of social inclusion. The result of these policies has been a state of the art scientific development according to current international standards and one of the highest enrollment rates (61%) in the region.
