Retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy by videolaparoscopic transperitoneal approach in patients with non-siinomatous testicular tumor

OBJECTIVE: The present study aims to report the preliminary experience with videolaparoscopic retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy in the treatment of patients with non-siinomatous testicular tumor. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Seven surgeries were performed in order to access retroperitoneal lymph nodes in patients with non-siinomatous testicular cancer.
