Reappraising the dimensional structure of the PTSD Checklist: lessons from the DSM-IV-based PCL-C

Objective: The dimensional structure of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) has been extensively debated, but the literature is still inconclusive and contains gaps that require attention.
