¿Que moral para un derecho intercultural?: la autonomía y el concepto "simpliciter" de tolerancia

This article has two objectives. First, I want to represent a concept of tolerance simpliciter where personal autonomy and the need to strengthen a culture are the only reasons for which the agent-state must consider tolerance. Secondly, I intend to respond affirmatively to the question of whether, in the perfectionist and multicultural liberalism of Joseph Raz, intercultural rights can be derived from moral and political theory.
