Preferential induction of MLL (Mixed Lineage Leukemia) rearrangements in human lymphocyte cultures treated with etoposide

Topoisomerase II inhibitors are effective chemotherapeutic agents in the treatment of cancer, in spite of being associated with the development of secondary leukemia.
