Nanoparticles of ZnO Doped With Mn: Structural and Morphological Characteristics

In this study, the effects of dopant concentrations on the structural and morphological characteristics of Zn1-xMnxO powders (x= 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, and 0.1 mole) synthesized by the Pechini method has been investigated. The powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET) specific surface, energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Spectroscopy with Fourier transform (FTIR).
