Mycobacterium tuberculosis spoligotypes and drug-resistant characterization from Beira compared to genotypes circulating in Mozambique

Abstract INTRODUCTION Mozambique is one of three countries with high prevalence of tuberculosis (TB), TB/human immunodeficiency virus coinfection, and multidrug-resistant TB.
