Liposomes as potential carriers for ketorolac ophthalmic delivery: formulation and stability issues

ABSTRACT Drug delivery to treat ocular disorders locally is a challenging endeavor. Traditional ocular dosage form - eye drops - exhibits poor availability, consequently inefficient therapeutic response.
