Las políticas educativas en Argentina: herencias de los '90, contradicciones y tendencias de "nuevo signo"

This paper analyzes the education policies in Argentina from 2003 onwards, amidst socio-economical guideline contradictions in a dynamics of continuity and change in the policies that used to prevail in the 1990s.
