This article examines narratives concerning the role of motivation that the use of ICT brings to the training of environmental managers. Cases were built from collected data of interviews and questionnaires. The interpretation of data used content analysis methods and a concept mapping tool. It became clear that ICT is used in general, in a non-specific, and poorly organized way by teachers and students.
