Juridism, Memories and Subversion:A political analysis of the judgement of the court case “La Perla-Campo de La Ribera” (Cordoba, Argentina)

Abstract This article carries out a political and discursive analysis of the Court Case “La Perla-Campo de La Ribera” from a critical and post-Marxist approach to legal discourse. The main argument of the work is that the Judgment calls into question and departs from the dominant juridism in the legal field, giving rise to the word of the subjects with the right to testimony and thus becoming an ethical-political act.
