OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study was to determine the effect of nonspecific phosphodiesterase inhibition on transcription factor activation and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-a) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated human mononuclear cells.
