This article discusses the forms of presentation, interaction and conflict deployed in the urban space of Rosario (Argentina) between elites and popular sectors during the interwar. Analyzed behaviors were established by the elites as manifestations of incivility. The aim is to study this set of practices trying to non exotizing from an hermeneutic and semiotic reading of its operating, protocols and socio-cultural relations.
