How to choose a suitable intraabdominal pressure level during single-incision laparoscopic surgery in children

Abstract Laparoscopic surgery has become a common procedure in pediatric patients. However, adverse hemodynamic changes such as the increase of intraabdominal pressure (IAP) may occur laparoscopic surgery.
