Extraction optimization and antioxidant activity of Phyllanthus urinaria polysaccharides

Abstract Three extraction parameters including extraction time, material to solvent ratio, and extraction temperature for the extraction yield of Phyllanthus urinaria polysaccharides were optimized by response surface methodology.
