Efficacy and safety of parecoxib in the treatment of acute renal colic: a randomized clinical trial

PURPOSE: Although nonselective nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsNSAIDs) and opioids are effective treatments for acute renal colic, they are associated with adverse events (AEs).
