SUMMARY OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the distance education course in family health in the knowledge of physicians from the Mais Médicos program. METHOD: This is a quantitative, quasi-experimental study, without a pretest and posttest control group, carried out from August 2019 to September 2021.
