Diferencias de género en el acoso psicológico en el trabajo: un estudio en población española

Recently, workplace bullying has received increased attention and has been recognised as an important social problem. The aim of the present study was to analyze in an exploratory way whether exist gender differences as much on bullying as on its dimensions. Data were collected with the "Bullying at Work Questionnaire" (Moreno-Jiménez, Rodríguez-Muñoz, Garrosa, Morante & Rodríguez, 2004), in a sample of 103 employees of the Community of Madrid.
