Abstract Introduction Comorbid major depressive disorder (MDD) is present in up to 25 % of chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) cases and provides prognostic information for patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS). Clinical visits offer an opportunity to identify at-risk patients.
