Descolonización de prácticas judiciales constitucionales en Bolivia-Colombia

Abstract Presents a comparative study between Colombia and Bolivia against the conditions of possibility of the decolonial in judicial practices of the Colombian Constitutional Court and of the decolonization unit of the Court of Bolivia. Explores the shelter of colonial origin in Colombia and the Ayllus of ancestral origin in Bolivia. And some legal cases addressed by the decolonization unit are reviewed and compared with Colombia and multicultural practices
