Abstract Objectives To compare morphological abnormalities on anal colposcopy against histology to determine anal high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSILs). Methods This is a retrospective data assessment of HIV-negative and HIV-positive patients undergoing outpatient follow-up.
