Challenging non-traumatic posterior urethral strictures treated with urethroplasty: a preliminary report

Introduction: Posterior urethral strictures after prostatic radiotherapy or surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) refractory to minimal invasive procedures (dilation and/or endoscopic urethrotomy) are challenging to treat.
