1. Lipid Profile of Human Milk in Different Lactation Stages Submitted to Pasteurization, Lyophilization and Spray-Drying Processes
The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of pasteurization, lyophilization and spray-drying on the lipid profile of donated human milk (DHM) at different lactation stages. Nine frozen samples of colostrum, transitional and raw mature human milk (HM) were collected from the Human Milk Bank (HMB) of the Hospital Universitário de Maringá (HUM).

3. AMORPHOUS CUSEP2/GRAPHENE COMPOSITES AS ANODE MATERIAL FOR ADVANCED POTASSIUM-ION BATTERY
The ternary amorphous CuSeP2 was designed and prepared as the anode material of potassium ion battery for the first time, and its electrochemical performance was also investigated. After ball-milling with commercial graphene powder, it is used as the anode material for potassium ion battery with reversible specific capacity up to 300 mAh g-1, and the corresp

6. Soft figs shelf life increasing with and 1-methylcyclopropene and cold storage
ABSTRACT The best sensorial Brown Turkey figs for the fresh market are the ones harvested soft. However, at this maturity stage, they have a very short shelf life, from two to seven days, depending on environmental conditions, which make their marketing very difficult. This research’s goal was to increase the shelf life of soft 'Roxo de Valinhos' figs, a '

8. Simultaneous Quantification of Amorphous and Crystalline Valsartan in Tablets Using Raman Spectroscopy and Chemometrics Tools
Valsartan is an antihypertensive active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), it is used in the amorphous state in the commercial products. As amorphous materials are metastable, amorphous valsartan can crystallize to valsartan E, promoting changes in the dissolution and bioavailability of the drug. Tablets containing metastable forms of APIs need special conditi

9. DRYING CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALITY ANALYSIS OF HOT AIR-ASSISTED RADIO FREQUENCY AND HOT-AIR DRYING OF JUJUBE ( Zizyphus jujube Miller cv. Jinsixiaozao )
ABSTRACT Radio frequency (RF) drying is a rapid dehydration technique that reduces water activity and extends the shelf life of agricultural products. In this study, the drying characteristics of jujube during HARF and hot air (HA) were investigated, and quality analyses, such as color, vitamin C (VC) and total flavonoid content (TFC), of jujube were perform

10. Quality changes of acerola fruit harvested at different maturity stages and exposed to external ethylene
ABSTRACT Although acerola (Malpighia emarginata D.C.) has been suggested to be a climacteric fruit, little is known about its sensitivity to exogenous ethylene. The objective of the study was to evaluate the quality changes of acerola fruit at two harvest maturity stages in response to external ethylene application. ‘Flor Branca’ and ‘Junko’ acerolas

12. Lysosomal storage disease induced by Sida planicaulis (Sin. Sida carpinifolia) (Malvaceae) in sheep in the state of Rio de Janeiro
