1. Preparation of glycosylated hydrolysate by liquid fermentation with Cordyceps militaris and characterization of its functional properties
Abstract This study aimed to investigate the potential of a novel preparation strategy for glycosylated hydrolysate by liquid fermentation in order to provide a high-quality glycosylated hydrolysate. Protein solubility, surface hydrophobicity and antioxidant activity were evaluated. The results of Fourier transform infrared spectra demonstrated the occurrenc

2. Influence of Modulated Photo-Activation on Shrinkage Stress and Degree of Conversion of Bulk-Fill Composites
As seguintes resinas compostas Bulk-fill e nanohíbridas conve

3. Synthesis and Structural Characterization of U-Zr-Nb Alloys
U-xZr-yNb alloys with values of x varying from 32% to 50% (wt.%Zr) and y varying from 6% to 10% (wt.%Nb) were produced by the arc melting technique. The effect of the addiction of zirconium and niobium on the phase stabilization of γ-U, lattice parameter, microstructure and elemental composition were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron mi

4. Effects of radiant exposure values using second and third generation light curing units on the degree of conversion of a lucirin-based resin composite
Abstract Alternative photoinitiators with different absorption wavelengths have been used in resin composites (RCs), so it is crucial to evaluate the effectiveness of light-curing units (LCUs) on these products. Objective Using Fourier transform infrared analysis (FTIR) in vitro, the effects of varying radiant exposure (RE) values generated by second and t

5. El espectroscopio cuantitativo como instrumento para la construcción y uso de modelos de emisión y absorción de radiación en física cuántica
The introduction of quantum physics in high school is reduced to the study of gas spectra and photoelectric effect, forgetting the wide range of daily applications. The construction and calibration of a quantitative spectroscope allow us to work with quantum models beyond the experiments that were used to establish them.

6. Matéria orgânica de Latossolos Húmicos: análises térmica e espectroscópica, efeito do uso e correção química / Organic matter of humic Latosol (Oxisol): thermal and spectroscopic analyses, land use and chemical correction
The objective of this study was to contribute to the clarification of several aspects related to the behavior of organic matter (OM) in highly weathered tropical soils. Six samples of humic A horizon Latosol were collected from three sites in Minas Gerais: i) Sericita, (under coffee crop, pasture, ferns and Atlantic Forest fragment); ii) Mutum (under Atlanti

7. Decimetric fine structures as a possible signature of chromospheric evaporation
In this work, we concentrate in the analysis of radio slowly drifting fine structures associated with solar flares recorded in the frequency range of (1000 - 2500) MHz by the Brazilian Solar Spectroscope (BSS), in regular operation at National Institute of Space Research (INPE) - Brazil. The main morphological aspects of each fine structure are narrow-band o

8. Exploration of solar chromosphere using high resolution spectroscopic observations
Brazilian Solar Spectroscope (BSS), operating in the frequency range of (1000 ¡ 2500) MHz with high time and frequency resolutions, has observed various fine structures showing intensity variations as functions of time and frequency. Here we are reporting radio bursts observed by BSS, from August to October/2001, exhibiting fine structures with total durati

11. Evidence of plasma resonance instability from observations of solar decimetric fine structures
The solar radio emissions in the decimetric frequency range (above 1000 MHz) are very rich in temporal and/or spectral fine structures. The Brazilian Solar Spectroscope (BSS) at INPE started operating in 1998. Since then, various types of fine structures, in the frequency range of (1000-2500) MHz, with high time and frequency resolutions have been recorded.
