22. Preservation of Erythrocyte Ghost Ultrastructure Achieved by Various Fixatives
We have evaluated the quality of ultrastructural preservation of erythrocyte ghosts achieved under various electron microscopic preparative conditions. Initially, negative staining was used to monitor gross morphology of the ghosts.
