25. Ressonância Ferromagnética em Super-Redes NiFe/Ru / Ferromagnetic Resonance in Super-Lattice Nife/RU

Study the influence of operating parameters in the electrodeposition of layers of eletrocatalÃticas alloys of Ni-Fe.

27. Ligas magnéticas NiFe e NiFeCo eletrodepositadas, voltadas para aplicações em micro-sensores magnéticos tipo fluxgate planar / Electrodeposited NiFe and NiFeCo films for planar fluxgate sensors
This work presents the results about the fabrication and characterization of thin films of NiFe and NiFeCo alloys. The attempts to construct the planar fluxgate are also presented. Galvanostatic electrodeposition using an electrolytic solution containing Ni and Fe was used: NiSO4 (0,7 mol/l); NiCl2 (0,02 mol/l); FeSO4 (0,03 mol/l); H3BO3 (0,4 mol/l) and C7H5

29. Electrochemical and structural study of the electrode of hydroxide of nickel modified with cerium for stabilization of the phase 945;-Ni(OH)2 / Estudo eletroquímico e estrutural do eletrodo de hidróxido de níquel modificado com cério para estabilização da fase α-Ni(OH0)2
Ni(OH)2 is widely used as main active component for positive electrodes for secondary batteries such as Ni/Cd, Ni/Zn, Ni/Fe, Ni/H2 and recently in cell of Ni/MH. These accumulators show certain characteristics and they have several applications, such as: geostationary satellites, recharge feeding of computers, portable devices. Although the electrode of hydr

30. Sequencing and promoter analysis of the nifENXorf3orf5fdxAnifQ operon from Azospirillum brasilense Sp7
A 40-kb DNA region containing the major cluster of nif genes has been isolated from the Azospirillum brasilense Sp7 genome. In this region three nif operons have been identified: nifHDKorf1Y, nifENXorf3orf5fdxAnifQ and orf2nifUSVorf4. The operons containing nifENX and nifUSV genes are separated from the structural nifHDKorf1Y operon by about 5 kb and 10 kb,

31. Products of the iron-molybdenum cofactor-specific biosynthetic genes, nifE and nifN, are structurally homologous to the products of the nitrogenase molybdenum-iron protein genes, nifD and nifK.
The genes from Azotobacter vinelandii, which are homologous to the iron-molybdenum cofactor biosynthetic genes, nifE and nifN, from Klebsiella pneumoniae, have been cloned and sequenced. These genes comprise a single transcription unit and are located immediately downstream from the nitrogenase structural gene cluster (nifHDK). DNA sequence analysis has reve

32. Involvement of hyp Gene Products in Maturation of the H2-Sensing [NiFe] Hydrogenase of Ralstonia eutropha
The biosynthesis of [NiFe] hydrogenases is a complex process that requires the function of the Hyp proteins HypA, HypB, HypC, HypD, HypE, HypF, and HypX for assembly of the H2-activating [NiFe] site. In this study we examined the maturation of the regulatory hydrogenase (RH) of Ralstonia eutropha. The RH is a H2-sensing [NiFe] hydrogenase and is required as

33. Azotobacter vinelandii nifD- and nifE-encoded polypeptides share structural homology
The Azotobacter vinelandii nifE gene was isolated and its complete nucleotide sequence was determined. The amino acid sequences deduced from the A. vinelandii nifE and nifD gene sequences were compared and found to share striking primary sequence homology. This homology implies a functional and possibly an evolutionary relationship between these two gene pro
