RESUMO A reinserção familiar após um período de acolhimento institucional constitui-se em um desafio tanto para a equipe que acolhe quanto para a família. Após a lei 12.010/2009, que determinou tempo de permanência máximo de dois anos, as equipes técnicas passaram a focar na provisoriedade da medida de proteção e planejar a reinserção familiar.
