1. Cone beam computed tomography with oral contrast for accurate diagnosis and surgical planning of pharyngeal leakage and fistula: a case series
Abstract Objective: Pharyngocutaneous fistula is one of the severe complications related to head and neck surgeries. Detecting the accurate three-dimensional location of both the fistula and leakage is essential for surgical treatment. Videofluoroscopy is usually used for locating these; however, its imaging is two-dimensional. We evaluated pharyngeal leaka

2. Evaluation of the dosimetry and centralization of scout-view function in CBCT

3. Cone beam computed tomographic evaluation of infraorbital canal protrusion into the maxillary sinus and its importance for endoscopic surgery
Abstract Objective: The aim of this retrospective study is to investigate the prevalence of Infraorbital Canal Protrusion (ICP) degree into the maxillary sinus and its relationship with variations in adjacent structures on Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) images. Methods: 350 CBCT images (700 Infraorbital Canal [IC]) were evaluated retrospectively. ICP

4. Influence of Apical Diameter on Filling Material Extrusion during Retreatment - A Micro-CT and CBCT evaluation

5. Analysis of the mandibular molars root canals morphology. Study by computed tomography
Abstract This study aimed to analyze the root and root canal morphology of mandibular first and second molars using CBCT images. A total of 2,400 mandibular molars exams were selected from 600 patients aged between 18 and 75 years. The number of roots, number of root canals, and root canal configuration according to the Vertucci classification were verified.

6. Shaping Ability of Reciprocating and Rotary Systems After Root Canal Retreatment: a CBCT Study

7. The metal post material influences the performance of artefact reduction algorithms in CBCT images

9. Imaging Analysis of Onodi Cells on Cone-Beam Computed Tomography
Abstract Introduction Onodi cells are the most posterior ethmoid air cells, and extend superolaterally to the sphenoid sinus. The identification of Onodi cells is essential to because they can have some significant anatomic variations and relationships to vital adjacent structures, like the optic canal, the sphenoid sinus, and the internal carotid artery.
