13. Synthesis of 1,2,3-Triazole Benzophenone Derivatives and Evaluation of in vitro Sun Protection, Antioxidant Properties, and Antiproliferative Activity on HT-144 Melanoma Cells
Benzophenones display several biological activities, including antioxidant, anticancer, and photoprotective. Furthermore, antioxidants can minimize both ultraviolet absorption and tumor development. In the present investigation, a series of twenty-six 1,2,3-triazole-benzophenone derivatives were synthesized and had their antioxidant, anticancer, and photopro

17. Evaluation of the Metabolic Profile of Arabica Coffee via NMR in Relation to the Time and Temperature of the Roasting Procedure
Coffee is one of the most popular and consumed products in the world, with high nutritional value and economic importance. However, some factors can change the organoleptic properties of a coffee species, without causing significant damage such as loss of important components. The present study evaluated the chemical profile, via nuclear magnetic resonance (

22. Self-Assembled Nanoparticles of Diruthenium(II,III)-Ibuprofen Anticancer Metallodrug
The diruthenium(II,III)-ibuprofen (RuIbp) metallodrug shows anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo. The encapsulation into lipid nanoparticles enhanced the efficacy in glioblastoma, breast and prostate cancer cells. Here we report data for RuIbp hydrophobicity, solubility in alcohol/water, and behavior in 1-5% ethanol/water and ethanol/cell culture medium.
