RESUMO

The relation between tourism and territory converges to the transformation process, with the appropriation and consumption of spaces in the production of tourist territories and the in construction of the capital social in Bonito, Mato Grosso do Sul. Under historical knowledge is the basic importance for the understanding of the factors that had contributed in the consolidation of practical sustainable for environment. The variable of the local development establish influence direct with relation the man, the environment and the first communities if they place as condition, in the analysis of the spontaneous sprouting of a management instrument, the Voucher Único created by member of the community and above of which had established a pact of adoption and use, for all the actors of the local tourist activity. The Voucher passed to be commercialized in the agencies of Bonito, without however the City Hall to abdicate of the control of the frequency; from based in the constitution of a net of cooperation come back to the sustainable exploration of the tourist resources of the city, involving the public power and trade there tourist.
