RESUMO

The dispersion of information, lack of management of organizational knowledge and the need to integrate various players in a segment is actually common in many areas. In the sector of Microcredit, designed by Prof. Yunus, winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006, it no different. In spite of having ten years of implementation, the industry in Santa Catarina, the urgent need to operational a technology management tool for this purpose. Thus, this work demonstrates the development of a prototype of Observatory Virtual based Information and Communication Technology (ICT) supported by computational agents, their location, evaluation of tests in experimental operation in the Agency for Promotion of the State of SC (BADESC), the final deployment site in www.badesc.gov.br to support knowledge management business and integrate the different users involved in the sector of Microcredit. This Observatory became the stage of modeling, supported by technical development tools Dreamweaver , Eclipse , MySQL and Java , insertion of computational agents to perform its functions in order to support knowledge management appropriate to the need of business Microcredit. Closing this work is demonstrating the performance of the tool created, the adequacy and future of the Observatory. In performance testing, a particular attention to the result of comparison with other search tools on the WEB and good understanding of the features of the Observatory given the need for users of the system
