RESUMO

This research has worked seeking to understand and interpret the innovative movement of enterprises in the main aspects of innovation. About that, It has done a multiple case of study applied in two multinational enterprises: a telecommunications industry and other, a technological information industry. This research has used some theories basis involving innovation degrees and metrics including: Sawhney et al. (2006), Tidd et. al. (2001), Etttlie et. al. (1984), .Mairesse and Mohnen (2002), Muller et. al. (2005), Kaplan and Norton (2004), Gama et. al. (2009) and Voelpel et. al. (2006). Others fundamentals have applied as the innovation factors of the Jonash and Sommerlatte (2001), Teece, Pisano and Shuen (1997), Leonard-Barton (1992), etc) and typology of innovation (Christensen and Raynor (2003), Moore (2004), Griffin and Page (1996), Higgins (1995), Kim and Mauborgne (2004), and so forth as inductive and promoters of novelty degrees production. The proposal of this research, under shield of Sawhney et al. (2006) model has tested and evaluated through perceptions of developed innovations on business environment on that up the limitations can support the enterprises managers to manage innovation in the strategy sustainable way
