RESUMO

Entrepreneurship is a field in administration science impregnated with a complexity that characterizes its objects and entirely affects it as a conceptual system. Its correlated topics bring up valuable contributions to the development of administration, because, fundamentally, they refer to facts that are positioned in the genesis of everything else studied academically in this area. This study seeks to explore the theme in the way of the initial movement occurred on the entrepreneurial phenomenon: the entrepreneurial conceiving. To reach this purpose, it will be studied the Villa Francioni’s case, a company that operate in the vitivinicultural industry since 2001. The entrepreneurial conceiving is studied considering the present vitivinicultural context, which’s main characteristic seems to be the emergence of the countries that take part on the “new wine-world”. This work is a unique and qualitative case study research. Its aim is to analyze with descriptive texts the entrepreneurial conceiving in the chosen case. Firstly, it is reviewed the literature about the entrepreneurial theme, and, specifically, it is broached the entrepreneurial conceiving. Than, after explaining the methodology, there is a section reserved to the case study. In it, there are presented some vitivinicultural historical and conceptual elements that are considered important to knowing the present context. Than it is done the analysis of the case itself. After the presentation of the company, the case is analyzed through the framework of the three acts that represents the conceiving process: perception, imagination and understanding and comprehension. By the end, there are made some considering about the development of the study. The appendices complement the case study.
