RESUMO

This work shows the relation that if establishes between the TV GLOBO very and the set of documents Beyond the Citizen Kane. Verifying the confrontation in the representation of the reality of the facts, from the telejornalísticos products - telejornal and documentary. The divided work this of the following form: first we will relate the pragmaticismo of Charles Sanders Peirce in the communication of the products telejornalísticos. As we will show to the facts promoted for the TV GLOBO that had motivated the production of a set of documents, which received the nickname from `documentary forbidden on the TV GLOBO . Third we will very present the set of documents Beyond the Citizen Kane. However, we will concentrate in the last part of this set of documents, considered most controversial, through which, the telejornalismo of the Globe is accused to manipulate and to distort the reality of the facts of the recent history of Brazil. We will go in this part to collate, with the transcription in the complete one, as much of this last part of the set of documents, as the version of the TV GLOBE, accusations made in the set of documents. The intention of this work was to show that the representation of the reality of the facts is made in relation to the beliefs of who produces them. Exactly that the form to represent this reality, either done through telejornalísticos products
