The originary TALP‟s data were submitted to factorial analysis of correspondence (AFC), by the Software Tri-Deux Mots, and to the analysis of the picture of four houses, by the Software EVOC, and he interview‟s, to the thematic analysis of content. The picture of four houses‟ analysis evidenced that the structure of the SR has as central elements: responsibility, arduous, stress, suffering and autonomy, as peripheral elements, ethical, financial necessity, double day journey, overload and initiative. The AFC revealed in the game of oppositions demonstrated in Factor 1 that the nurses who work in the day and night shifts simultaneously are in opposition the nurses that work during the day and have an employment bond, evidencing an opposition between the service shifts. In this way, has been learned from the first ones the following representations: stressful, autonomy, suffering, tiring, double journey and responsibility. To those last ones, the semantic universe shown was: difficulty, dedication, sacrifice and stressful. On relation to Factor 2, the analysis procedure was based on age x service time: the nurses equal or bigger age of 41 years old and time of service superior than 20 years, presented the following semantic fields: exhaustive, necessity, autonomy, sacrifice, devotion and double journey; to the nurses with age between 30 and 40 years and service time of 10 to 19 years were: suffering, administration, continuity, knowledge, difficulty and responsibility.
