RESUMO

In the present work we develop the principal contributions of the biblical hermeneutic for theology in a perspective of the gender´s relationship, especially the one elaborated by the Latin America`s women. In the Old and New Testament it is possible to identify paradoxal`s perspectives about the cultural representation of women related to men, by altering between discrimination and recognition of the differences. Since a hermeneutic of suspection, we show that it is unsustainable a biblical unilateral anthropology that emphasizes the women`s discrimination; it is really the opposite, a revision of the Holy Texts, especially the Gospels, shows the importance of the disciplate of the women in the Jesus` preaching, and the rupture that his Good News proportionate in relation to the women`s situation in the Semitic culture. Our investigation develops these biblical thinking considered from the community context in which the text was written, trying to establish possible connections with the perspectives of the actual community, especially the one constituted with theologians women from Latin America. One of these perspectives shows a need of the struggle for freedom of women by women, beyond their promotion or emancipation only. Therefore, we say that the struggle against the economical exploration, which results in a women`s poverty situation is associated with the struggle to overcome the patriarchal structures that are still in vigor in the church and society. Then, a gender`s category reveals itself extremely actual, because, among other things, it helps to show that the inequalities are culturally constructed, keeping continuously among the human beings the substantial equality and the accidentals differences.
