RESUMO

The significant changes in terms of productive process logic, the new tecnologies and the competitive conditions alterations have openned space so that the activity sharing would be of competence in the solvable condition in almost all the strategic matters of the enterprises. The activity sharing presents itself as the most infinitely adequable possibility for a series of situations faced by the enterprises, but it can not be treated as a new dogma, as these ones, both the olds and the news, are not able to answer satisfactorily the modern effective company pratice. The paper intends to provide a conceptual analysis of the main factors linked to the integration and the activity sharing - the stimulating factors, the restrictive ones, and encouraging conditions - and an inquiry enterprises seated in Brazil which have been lately using their strategies.
