RESUMO

This work presents the theoretical basis and the practical effects of bodywork named: Energetic Technique. This research, brought into being in the last 13 years, was born from the Ph.D. Miroel Silveira s Energetic Method for theatrical direction, which proposal is the use of "chakras" in performances. I began to research in the Post-Graduation when I studied Theatrical Direction I and II, and I looked for a manner of work the body technical and expressive in the same time, and I pretend to demonstrate it in performance "C.Q.D." in the thesis defense day.
