RESUMO

This essay proposes the usage of systemic model as shared vision in order to help a technology-based startup to evolve towards to become a professional company ready to receive venture capital. To achieve that goal, we firstly conducted a study about systems theory applied to social pr]henomena and obtained the following results: (a) general model comprising the concepts structure, culture, personality, performance and learning; (b) intervention systemic model for change; (c) systemic model for structure; (d) mapping method for individual personality; (e) method for evaluating meta-competences; and (f) method for evaluating the organizational learning level. Moreover, we also conducted a case study of nTime Mobile Solutions, awarded and young brazilian company of Mobile-Internet industry. obtaining the following results: (a) analysis according to traditional evolution typology of KOBERG, ROSSE and BERGH (1994); (b) analysis of organizational culture in accordance with archetypes of HANDY (1978), DEAL (1982), DONNELY (1984), SETHIA (1985), DESHPANDÉ (1993), ZAMMUTO (1991), HANNAN (2001) and SAXBY (2002); and (c) identification of advantages and challenges of systemic approach on the evolutional process of a technological startup.
