RESUMO

The objective of this master dissertation was to analyse the relation between dancer worker and the dances work organization based on psychodynamique of work theory. For this, was developed a study case about Balé da Cidade de São Paulo (BCSP), public dance company, which belongs to Theatro Municipal de São Paulo (city theater). The research procedures were individual interviews, work process observation and documental and bibliography analysis. The analysis in psychodynamique of work field has, as main objective, understand the implications of the relation work-individual on workers mental health. This theory developed analytical categories which enable to understand the dynamical relation of pleasure and suffering at work. The analytical categories from psychodynamique of work were relevant in this research were cunning intelligence, cooperation and confidence relation on work and collective strategies of defense
