RESUMO

The present scientific study it has as objective to describe the development of the bovine Renais Systems, during the embryonic period. For in such a way, embryos collected in freezers of the region had been used, and after the collection the same ones had been photographed and measured using the Crow-Rump method (CR). For morphologic description they had been placed in solution of Bouin for light microscopy and in solution of Glutaraldeide 2.5% for electronic microscopy of transmission. In the embryos with approached gestational age of 14 the 15 days, we do not observe the presence of pronephro, however we found mesonephro and morphologic indications that shows functional activity. Mesonephro presents in the interior of its tubular cells innumerable mitochondria and interdigitações, indicating one high activity of ionic transport. We observe that metanephro, or definitive kidney, initiates its development in embryos presenting approached gestational age of 23 and 24 days. Our findings show that the involution of mesonephro happens simultaneously with the metanephrogenic differentiation. In gestational age between 45 and 46 days, already initiating its fetal phase, metanephro possess the filter units (nephrons), with its respective glomeruli, proximal and distal twisted tubules and handle of Henle.
