Spin dynamics driven by the electron-hole exchange interaction in quantum wells

RESUMO
We present a theoretical study of the spin dynamics of site-localized excitons in semiconductor quantum wells driven by the electron-hole interaction. Using a simple model for the distribution of sites dephasing leading to a strong spin polarization decay.
