RESUMO

The researchs subject is the modern brazilian social tie and its contemporary tendencies of evolution, from the point of view of social labours division. The study of the social and systemic integration in individualistic modern societies made possible identify modern brazilian specificities. The european societies had tended to integrate itselves by moral individualism, social labours division and social citizenships systems. The brazilian modernity developed the cordiality, subdevelopment and regulated citizenship. Brasília, the brazilian capital, symbolized the national modernitys project. The works contemporary loss of centrality implicated to the european modern societies the full employments break as a social labour divisions pattern. That process made prominent the limits of the individualist ideology and the social citizenships systems to improve the european social tie. The existence of surplus people suggests an european labours evolution forward a analogous structure to the brazilian subdeveloped labour. For the brazilian society, the contemporary works reestructurarion implicated a hierarchical modern renovation. The occupational trajectory analysis of Brasilias civil construction workers, between 1992-2003, made possible by the occupacional capital indicator, identified a general precarisation of non-regulated occupations as a pattern of the brazilian labours contemporary changes. The preservation and depth of brazilian labours subdeveloped and segmented structure provoke questions about the contemporary brazilian social ties tendencies, specially about the cordiality ideology limits and its segregationed and systemic subdevelopment.
