RESUMO

This work proposal is to develop an intelligent system, that using building automation technology, and through the monitoring of variables generally neglected by traditional control systems, together with the strategy of a specialist control, generates a considerable economy on the consumption of electric energy in closed environments with air conditioning devices always worrying about the thermal comfort. The control will take in consideration the differences of external temperatures of the devices, inhibiting the functioning if this it will be on direct exposition of the sun and prioritizing that one with lesser solar exposition. As non-linear complex systems, the chosen choice was the control known as fuzzy control. The chosen validation environment was the company headquarters of SPIN Engenharia de Automação Ltda., which is composed of one room with approximately 100m divided on four environments with air circulation among them and three air conditioning devices. Before the initiation of the tests, it was necessary to install a kit composed with one energy measure device and one PLC in each air conditioning device. To allow the communication between the equipments and the ActionView Software one RS485 network was installed among the PLCs and another one among the energy measurers. For the presentation of the obtained results it was considered the ones where the external temperature behavior was the most similar possible between the two control models. Beyond the temperature behavior, it was also considered the presence of people during the experiments. With those considerations, it was tried not to favor none of the control models adopted.
