Sofrimento mental e satisfação no trabalho : um estudo dos professores das escolas inclusivas estaduais de ensino fundamental em Porto Velho, Rondônia

RESUMO
The study of mental suffering and the satisfaction at work achieved with 132 teachers of elementary inclusive schools of the state in Porto Velho RO, it had like an objective verify the level of mental suffering and its association with the satisfaction at work through the study of transversal cut with the teachers, to achieve this study was used three instruments, the social demographic questionnaire elaborated with the aim of showing the social demographic profile of teachers, the questionnaire, self report questionnaire (SQR-20) to identify mental suffering through the identification of low psycho failures and the scales of satisfaction in the work of OSI Occupational Stress Indicator, with 22 questions about satisfaction at work, measured by Liker Scale. The results pointed out 45,5% in prevalence of low psycho failures considered like indicators of evidence of teachers mental suffering. The satisfaction at work had index similar to the ones found in the literature. The satisfaction at work was associated to mental suffering, proportionally inverted; the more is the satisfaction at work increase consequently decreasing the level of mental suffering.
